1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and DC who are 18+ at time of entry, except residents of Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Nevada, where this promotion is void. Some states require 21+. Employees, agents, and immediate family of APO are ineligible.
2. Sponsor

3. Promotion period
Sweepstakes pools run continuously. Each pool's entry window opens when the pool is created and closes at the start of the underlying sporting event.
4. How to enter
Method 1 — Online play: Create a free APO account, redeem signup credits, and claim a square in any active pot.
Method 2 — Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): Hand-print your full name, address, email, date of birth, and the pool ID you wish to enter on a 3"×5" card and mail it in a #10 envelope to:

Each mailed entry awards 1 free credit, redeemable for one square in the specified pot. Limit 5 AMOE entries per person per day. Entries must be received before the pool's entry window closes.
5. Drawing of digits
Once a pool fills (100/100 squares), winning digits are drawn using drand, a publicly verifiable randomness beacon operated by the League of Entropy. Anyone can independently verify the draw on the pool page.
6. Prizes
Pool winnings are awarded as Prize APO, redeemable from the APO prize catalog (gift cards, in-app upgrades, merchandise, and sweepstakes drawings). Only Prize APO — APO won from pool quarters — is redeemable. Purchased and bonus Play APO can only be used to enter pools and never redeems for cash or merchandise. Prize values vary by pool and are displayed before entry. Prizes are non-transferable. Taxes are the winner's responsibility.
7. Odds
Odds of winning a quarter depend on the number of squares claimed and the digit draw. With a fully claimed 100-square board, each square has a 1-in-100 chance per scoring period.
8. General conditions
By entering, you release Sponsor from any liability arising from participation. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process. Void where prohibited.

For a winners list, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the address above with "Winners List Request" on the envelope.
