1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using All Paid Out ("APO", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (21 in some states) and a legal U.S. resident outside Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Nevada. By signing up, you represent that you meet these requirements. We may verify age and residency at any time.
3. Sweepstakes structure
APO operates as a sweepstakes promotion. Coins and credits are in-game currency only with no cash value. Prizes are awarded from a fixed catalog. No purchase is necessary — see our Official Rules for the alternate method of entry (AMOE).
4. Accounts
One account per person. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt to defraud the system, or are inactive for 12+ months.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Player ($1.29/mo) and Creator ($4.99/mo) tiers auto-renew after the 7-day free trial unless canceled. You can cancel anytime in account settings — access continues through the end of the billing period. Refunds are at our sole discretion.
6. Prohibited conduct
No bots, multiple accounts, collusion, scraping, or attempts to manipulate digit draws or pool outcomes. Violations result in forfeiture of credits and account termination.
7. Disclaimers
APO is provided "as is." We are not affiliated with the NFL, NBA, NCAA, or any sports league. Game data is sourced from third parties and may contain errors; we are not liable for delays in score updates.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, APO and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, or $50, whichever is greater.
