To run your account, verify eligibility, deliver pools, send service emails, prevent fraud, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing
We share data only with vendors that help us operate APO (hosting, payments, analytics, email delivery). All vendors are contractually bound to protect your data.

Your rights
You can access, export, or delete your data at any time from account settings, or by emailing privacy@allpaidout.com. California, Colorado, Virginia, and other state residents have additional rights under state privacy laws.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. No system is 100% secure — use a unique password and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Children
APO is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors and will delete it on discovery.
